All prices on our Website are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• We accept payments via eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (for select areas).
• Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery services across Nepal. Key shipping terms include:

• Kathmandu Valley: Free delivery on orders above NPR 5,000. Delivery within 1–3 business days.
• Outside Kathmandu: Shipping charges apply based on weight and destination. Delivery within 3–7 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss and damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
• The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible for Return:

• Defective or damaged products (reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos).
• Wrong product received.
• Unused products in original sealed packaging within 7 days.

Not Eligible for Return:

• Products that have been used, played, or show signs of wear.
• Guitar strings, drum heads, reeds, and other consumable items once opened.
• Custom-ordered or personalised items.
• Products returned without original packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

7. Warranty

All products sold through Mothers Star Music come with the manufacturer's warranty as applicable. The warranty terms vary by brand and product.

• Warranty claims must be made directly through Mothers Star Music for products purchased from us.
• The original purchase receipt/invoice is required for all warranty claims.
• Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
• We will assist you in coordinating warranty service with the manufacturer.

8. Intellectual Property
